A recent enquiry involves giving advice to a couple that own a video rental company. Due to current technology, the numbers of people renting videos is continuing to decline. The likelihood is that as films become available for download using broadband connections, that the industry could die within the next 5-10 years.

My clients wish to reduce their reliance on this source of income, whilst they are able to, and feel that offering snack foods, either to existing video clients, or to a totally new market sector is the way to go.

We are currently working with them in designing a layout that will change with them over the next few years, whilst their cafe/takeaway business continues to grow, and their video/DVD rentals continues to decline.

They will initially be offering a fantastic quality of coffees, pies and sandwiches, but as the demand increases, and their confidence grows, a much larger range of products, including classic Greek dishes will be available.
